Take advantage of the 45th Annual Statewide Convention hosted by the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) at the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center from August 21 to August 23, 2024!
Join over 1,200 entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, community leaders, and elected officials for the largest gathering of Hispanic and diverse small businesses and community leaders in the Western region. The Annual Convention focuses on the impact Hispanic and diverse companies have on California’s economy.
This year’s Convention will embrace, inspire, and empower Hispanic and diverse businesses to build connections, develop effective business and community ecosystems, and create economic opportunities. Participants will engage in presentations, trending ideas, best business practices, and policy-driven discussions and workshops and connect with influential business and thought leaders, elected officials, and small business and community leaders.
This year’s Convention will feature workshops on Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Access to Capital, Entrepreneurship, and Procurement opportunities with state government, utilities, and hospitals. Additionally, there will be discussions on Latina GDP, Latinos Building a Stronger Economy, Latinas Impacting our Communities, Opportunities in Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture.
On Friday, the CHCC will hold “Matchmaking” sessions, during which business owners (suppliers) will meet one-on-one with corporations and government agencies (buyers) to explore potential business opportunities.
