    The newspaper is written by/for bilingual, bicultural Latinos for Latinos in

    Celebrating our 20th year, Latino Times Newspaper is the only bilingual, 100% minority owned publication in Northern California and the Central Valley. Latino Times is a tremendous resource for the community providing relevant information for businesses, community civic organizations, educational institutions as well as other professionals from San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Sacramento Counties.

    In this marketplace, Latinos represent over 42% of the population with an average household income of $60,000 as well as being 45% of all homeowners which translates into $14 billion dollars in disposable income. Our target audience is readers between the ages of 18 to 75. The average income level $30,000 to $100,000.

    The newspaper is a free publication with over 1,000 drop off locations including local businesses and community centers, nonprofit organizations, health care centers, doctor’s offices, educational institutions, libraries, restaurants and churches.

    Our social media platform represents 70% of our readership and is distributed to over 100,000 e-readers including the greater Bay Area and Southern California. Latino Times has invested in premium state of the art technology in order to distribute its news and information online digitally and throughout its social media platforms including Facebook, Instragram and e-blast.

    Latino Times is one of the few newspapers in California that still prints a physical product. Our headquarters, located in Stockton, California, is in the heart of San Joaquin County.
